Hi Kola
We ride in altitudes between 1000-3000 meters on this tour. Never had any problems with anybody feeling altitude sickness. I think you need to be higher up and for longer periods.
Cheers

Have you been here? Unfortunately that’s the type of silly statement that confirms people in their false and twisted image of Colombia.
Colombia has no more poverty than any other Latin American country and the safety situation has changed so drastically the last 5-6 years to a point where I’d say its the most safe country to travel in in Latin American and with the least corrupt police and authorities of the whole pack.

Colombia is a beautiful place with a rich history, it’s really too bad poverty and crime are bringing it down.
